Manny is proven in driving sustainable growth through the design and execution of enterprise-aligned strategies, while leading multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, finance, procurement, and operations.

Haider Akram
Director of Operations
Executive leader with over 10 years of experience managing, designing, and supporting complex information systems and enterprise initiatives. Proven Project Manager with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
Haider has extensive experience supporting and modernizing CDBG-DR programs, including Restore Louisiana, Rebuild Florida, and New Jersey’s RREM program. He led automation initiatives across the full program lifecycle — from application intake and eligibility determination to verification, project management, and inspections — improving efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Haider also possesses advanced expertise in designing and implementing Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes for federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Navy (OPNAV N6), Washington Headquarters Services (DoD), U.S. Army ITA (DoD), and the U.S. Department of State (DoS), as well as state agencies.
